Its totally,utterly,unbelievably stressful. Im surprised with all the hurdles to pass anyone ever gets to move at all! If I survive this process in one piece it will be a small miracle!0 -
Just an update....the buyers got a mortgage through the Halifax
:T They put their full application in on the Thursday and got their verbal mortgage offer on the Monday after!! Paper copy received by their solicitor on the Tuesday! Plan now is to exchange tomorrow and complete Thursday. Cannot tell you how much I love the Halifax :jThank you to all those who offered advice and info.0 -
