By entering this Promotion pursuant to these Terms, each entrant (“you”, “your”, “ entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and by the decision(s) of Monster Energy, whose decision shall be final, in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No further correspondence will be entered into by Monster Energy.
6. The commencement date of the promotion is 00:00 on 03 November 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and the closing date for the promotion is 23:59 on 05 December 2014 (“Closing Date”).

Each entrant that validly submits their entry as set out in paragraph 8 (each a “Valid Entry”) will be entered into the prize draw, held within seven (7) days of the Closing Date (“Draw”), where the first three (3) Valid Entries to be pulled from the Draw shall each win Microsoft Xbox 360 console and a copy of the Call of Duty® Advanced Warfare Xbox 360 game (PEGI 18) (each a “Prize”).
15. Before being declared an official winner of a Prize (each a “Winner”), each potential winner may be required to prove eligibility to Monster Energy, including, without limitation, proof of age, residence and identity, which may include but is not limited to a copy of proof of residence, passport or similar government issued identification before receiving their Prize. Failure to provide Monster Energy with this information within the reasonable timeframe set by Monster Energy may result in the relevant Winner forfeiting their Prize and Monster Energy drawing another qualifying entry as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
16. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs associated with a Prize, which are not specifically included and outlined in the definition of each Prize at paragraph 14 above (including without limitation, tax, television, electricity, cables and controllers) will be borne solely by each Winner.
17. Each Winner will be notified by email via the email address provided at entry to the Promotion within seven (7) days of the Draw (“ Notification”).
18. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.
19. The Prize shall be delivered by post to the Winner’s resident address provided at entry into the Promotion within twenty eight (28) days of Notification.
20. No entry shall be able to provide alternative contact information to that provided to enter the Promotion for any reason.
21. All entries are deemed to have been received at the time of entry into the Monster Energy’s database and not at the time when the entry is sent to the Website by the entrant.
22. If there is any dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the decision of Monster Energy shall be final.
23. Submitting the online entry form or any other form of evidence of submitting the online entry form is not proof that your entry has been received. Monster Energy accepts no responsibility for entries that are incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or which are not received for any reason.
24. The Prizes are as described and are not transferable, not exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that a Winner is unable to claim the Prize for any reason whatsoever. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Monster Energy reserves the right to replace the entire Prize with prizes of equal or greater value.
25. When you register online, you will be required to submit the details as set out in these Terms. You will have the option to allow Monster Energy and/or Coöperatie Activision Blizzard International U.A. whose registered office is at Beechavenue 131, 1119RB SCHIPHOL-RIJK, Nederland (“Activision”) to use any personal data submitted for marketing and promotional purposes. 28. To the fullest extent permissible by law, neither Monster Energy nor any of their affiliate companies, employees, directors, employees, agents, assigns or sub-contractors accepts any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant accessing the Website, entering the Promotion competition or as a result of accepting any Prize. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt. Monster Energy is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any delay or failure of any postal or equivalent delivery service, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant´s or any other person´s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion. 30. Monster Energy reserves the right to:
30.1. change the format of the Promotion and/or delay or postpone the Promotion or any stage(s), in whole or in part due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, without liability to the entrant; and/or
30.2. refuse entry of any individual to the Promotion or future events organised by Monster Energy;
30.2.1. where Monster Energy reasonably believes that the Prize has been transferred to a third party in whole or in part;
30.2.2. where an entrant has been disqualified from any Monster Energy competition or promotion within twelve (12) months of the Commencement date;
30.2.3. where Monster Energy reasonably believe such individual has not complied with these Terms; and/or
30.2.4. where such individual is ineligible to participate in the Promotion (or if participation in the Promotion should have been refused for any reason whatsoever).
31. Save as expressly set out in these Terms, Monster Energy has no liability for any costs or expenses that may be incurred by any entrant. The Winner will be liable for any tax chargeable in relation to the Prize.
32. It is advised that all entrants retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
33. The Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes (contractual or non-contractual) arising under or in connection with the Promotion or these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in England and Wales.

Thanks jmilli - just to add, these relate to the terms via the NUS entry.

Note there are three options to select a 'store' on the entry form, and the NUS entry is a comp to win 1 of 3 Xbox One consoles not the 20 consoles in the Premier Store competition. Oh, and the end date is different for the Premier stores entry, which is definitely 2nd Dec.

As each one leads to the same entry page/web address I only posted the Premier entry version - I would be concerned that entering under another 'store' within the same entry form may be classed as a dupe - See Pt.12 in the Terms above. (if one of the more experienced compers would like to offer any thoughts on this...?? )

Just thought I'd mention it in case the terms quoted cause any confusion for others

I do not know what browers you run on with this.

I cannot see it (Giveaway) as I am on FF v33.2 at the moment and nowhere to click upon from your guide, then I luck to notice it by "hoover upon the logo" [mean to move the mouse cursor to the top of the logo, not click on it] and the picture below appear up and show few similiar different so I wait till it display the title "BOOKER" and then to click upon to that pic. I assumed I am doing right thing? or it is not matter which pic I clicked on?........

Save the trouble to reply over this matter as I re-attempt it by clicked on the link in your post, it lead me straight to where they askiing for my D.o.B then next page show up where is to follow your instruction no problem.
I presume it may do with cookie stored in beforehand or whatever, so hope this may useful for anyone who do not have cookie (or whatever) in first place like as my PC.

ETA: Seem FF is sort of jerk on this site, be patient and it should go throught ok.
