• Good Morning everyone, well done LITTLE DOG so pleased you're mending yourself and are back at home doing what little dogs need to do. Docky sends you a big SSSLLUURRRRPPPPPPP to say hello and you're a cleva doggi fer bein brayvxxxxxxxxxxxx

RR what a relief, you must be a very happy Mumi this morning.

Thanks for all your good wishes, I feel as though I've been grated and have a colony of slugs living in my lungs, ask me how I know? NO DON'T! He Who Knows is just snuffly still so I hope he isn't coming down with this, it's horrid. How poorly my little Zebra must have felt!!!

Dreading tonight and all the explosions but looking forward to getting it out of the way as well. The valerian is making a big difference and we ordered a couple more packs yesterday but I know that Docky is going to suffer tonight and I send all my love and cuddles to all the other doggies and owners who will be suffering, hope it's not as bad as usual for all of us.

My new slow cooker is wonderful and I'm making sweet and sour pork in it for supper this evening, we haven't had that for ages and I found some YS pork escalopes in the freezer yesterday. My NSDs end today as I've got to get bread and milk but other than that I don't need to shop again until the weekend, can only be good.

Have yourselves a good day, stay warm in this colder weather and MOLLY hope that both your puplets are OK this evening, will be thinking of you lovey, Lyn xxx.

Dank and grey here, I hope it brightens up a bit later.

They have forcast a frost for tonight and seeing as we have a bonfire party, I will light the woodburner just to take the chill off of the downstairs for a bit, I was hoping to hold off longer but at least I am not using the gas ch :)

DD is going to help me clean the house and we are going shopping for supplies in a little while.
She is another one full of cold and I hope she doesn't pass it on to me, her Dad or brother because we are all asthmatics and it can render us really poorly :(

Ruby...... So glad to hear that little dog is home with you, and I hope she continues to improve now she is back with her pack (You and the family) xx

Good morning,
Beautiful again here, very crisp.I feel like I've got a day off as no grandchildren today :D much as I love them dearly I am feeling my age after having DGS from Mon teatime & all day yesterday. When I was younger & before I did my Nursery Nurse training I did childminding for a few years and minded babies and toddlers sometimes 3 of them at a time and it didnt bother me at all :o.I suppose because DGS isnt quite walking yet I'm always picking him up,and carrying him upstairs etc-think its that that tires me out.We had a little bus trip to the shops yesterday,it breaks the day up.:D

Ruby,so glad LD is a bit better :j Lyla is in the doghouse ,she pinched one of DHs fairly new suede slippers yesterday while I was out and had demolished half of it by the time I got back

Pork shoulder steaks for tea in the sc.Might have with rice as I used the last of the spuds yesterday, there is a bit of lefover mash from last night, but not enough for 4.

Ive realised that quite a few of my warmer clothes have gone missing since we moved in the summer-there must be another bin bag /suitcase somewhere so I might venture into the garage of doom to see what I can find.I'm also annoyed to find that my sideboard that we had to put in the conservatory due to lack of space elsewhere has started to swell up and the doors wont shut.It was brilliant in the summer but there isnt any heating in it apart from an electric radiator.Might have to start putting it on for a couple of hours to take the worst of the chill off, there isnt another way out at the back either so when the hound wants to go out you have to open the patio door into it and lose some of the heat from the house, ho hum.

Anyway, better get on.Lyn glad to hear the valerian is working quite well for Docky.I'm hoping tonight won't be as bad,as the community fireworks were Saturday here.I shall put her ThunDershirt on Lyla nevertheless and her tablets.
Hope you all have a nice day x

• Morning all,

RR - You must be so happy to have little dog back.

Brrrrrr, it's chilly today. Washing on the airer. Cleaned the bathroom and downstairs loo. Apart from work not much else planned for today.

Keep warm all :)

LameWolf The stuffing is from an old cushion :D It's hollow fibre. I have a few of them so I won't need to buy any for a while. When it runs out I'll search for the best price for toy stuffing, there's loads on ebay and Amazon. A snake with proper markings would look great, would love to see a photo if you decide to make one :D
I'll give it a go, if we can get my paws well enough to do it.;) I don't have any old cushions (we use all ours!!) so I'd have to have a look on @mazon, I think, for stuffing. I'm thinking a California King or Milk Snake would be easy to do realistic markings.:D

Redruby I'll keep the healing vibes coming for Little Dog; I bet she's over the moon to be home.

Message for Lyla: Just because Aunty Wolfy sometimes talks about sitting under the table and chewing a slipper, it doesn't make it ok for you to pinch your Dadi's slippers!!:naughty:
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Hi everyone
Just a quickie from me as we have visitors.

On another thread, I read one of the cheapest ways to get filling was to. Up a cheap duvet, and extract the stuffing from that.

((Hugs)) for the poorlies, human and doggie, luckily not many fireworks about out here, but not going out tonight just in case. Syke isn't bad, but don't want her upset.

All Day Breakfast for dinner tonight with potato tortilla.

((Hugs)), Spoons, and positive vibes all round. And a large Size 8 up the rear of any BDs lurking out there. Take care everyone. Dg
