Basic Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, followers, username, or any account rights. With the exception of people or businesses that are expressly authorized to create accounts on behalf of their employers or clients, Instagram prohibits the creation of and you agree that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself. You also represent that all information you provide or provided to Instagram upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete and you agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy.
You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other Instagram users.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure.

#PartyReady Competition Terms & Conditions
1. To enter: take a ‘group selfie’ photo of you and 3 friends (4 people in total). Post your photo on Instagram, tag your friends and #PartyReady, and share on Instagram using @NewLookFashion.
2. The winners (you and your 3 friends) must be able to be in London on Saturday, 6th and Sunday, 7th December 2014. All participants must be over 18 years of age on 6th December 2014. The prize is only available to residents of the UK and R.O.I.
3. No purchase necessary. It is the responsibility of the person uploading the photo to first obtain the consent of those people featured. By uploading a photo you confirm you have obtained such consent.
4. This prize draw opens from 00:00am (GMT) on Tuesday 4th November to 16.00 on Friday 21st November 2014.
5. Prize: a pampering experience for the 4 people tagged in the “group selfie”. This prize includes travel to and from London, a £150 Gift Card to spend in New Look, dinner and night out in one of London’s top locations with Champagne on arrival, and overnight hotel accommodation. Your dinner (excluding drinks), transport and hotel will be organised and paid for by New Look. Transport costs to and from London are limited to £600. No expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw will be paid other than as set out in these terms and conditions. There is no cash or other alternative prize.
6. There is one prize to be won. The winner will be drawn independently at random from all entries. The draw will take place on Friday 21st November 2014 and the winner will be announced and tagged on Instagram on Saturday 22nd November 2014
