Dream Toys 2014 list - bargains?

Hello I'm a freelance journalist for the Guardian and the Observer and have been given permission to post on the MSE forums.

Writing about the release of the Dream toys list from the Toy Retailers Association tomorrow.

If anyone spots any bargains they'd like to share with Guardian readers as well as MSE forum users, please post on here! I will try to credit MSE where possible for the tip.

Thanks for your time. The list is out tomorrow...

All the best,
Donna

    No grabbit here
  • The Lego Movie (Benny's) Spaceship is on that list ....... usually £75 to £80 BUT currently £60 @ Asda, Argos & TESCO.
TESCO in large because ... for those with Tesco Clubcard, the value of your vouchers can be doubled.
So in effect, as this is exactly £60 in Tesco you could "double-up" just £30 of vouchers.
  • The kidizoom smartwatch (rrp £40) is currently selling for £30 at Boots, toyrsus, woolworths, tesco and asda.

The little live pets bird and cage (rrp £20) is selling for £14.59 at toyrsus and smyths toys. Click and collect is free otherwise you have to pay for delivery
  • Also bop it beats (rrp £22) is on sale at smyths toys for £11.99
  • Actually, just found the kidizoom smart watch at smyths toys for £23.99.
  • Great tips, unfortunately too late for my article but I did find them too. Thanks again for your help, will post when it goes live so you can see all the others I found.
