It was so lovely meeting you Beanie, :rotfl:I was a tad nervous too -:rotfl: but felt as if we’d known each other years. I can’t get over how it all just fell into place as it was all so last minute and if my ds hadn’t mentioned the name of the town he was parking in before his ride - I’d have stayed near our hotel. I can’t believe how he’d planned his ‘bike’ ride on your doorstep. We could have been so close yet so far away. It was lovely seeing your feline friends and I’m envious of where you live and the amazing cakes in the coffee shop.January spends - £587.580

I was very nervous too but all went so well & it felt like we had known each other for years
Glad that you liked the cafe. The food and baking are awesome and I like supporting such a lovely owner who is passionate about what he does. Glad that you got to see the furry boys even if briefly.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. So. It is my birthday next month.
I am thinking out of the box and I have asked DS & GF that we go on a journey down memory lane. We will go to somewhere that hold many happy memories of days far gone & people no longer with us.
We can take the wheel chair & I don’t have to worry about walking around and getting tired and grumpy. I am excited already. Worth so much more than things.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. That sounds a lovely birthday plan Beanie and you're right, it's nice to have something to look forward to and feel excited. I also prefer doing something rather than a gift although I wouldn't say no to a box of chocolates while I was enjoying my experience0

Memory lane sounds lovely - and using the wheelchair would make life so much easier. It’s surprising how much independence using wheels can give you - it’s not giving in but enabling you to live a fuller life :beer:January spends - £587.580
