Dear Beanie, my sugar confessor... today I ate half a box of gf chocolate cookies, and an entire box of caramel sea salt fudge :eek:. (That last was not deliberate, it was due to forgetting a Skype meeting so didn't eat anything else before it started and so still haven't had tea yet!). Please absolve me or at least remind me about all my pretty summer clothes that I won't fit into if I keep doing this :rotfl:

Glad the physio helped a bit - how are you doing now?

Pain is quite high & muscles are so not cooperating.
Hopefully will be better tomorrow.

We all need to think of those summer days and clothes we need to squeeze into (speaking for myself here) I’ve put the 1/2 stone I lost in the last few weeks back on:eek: I need to start logging my eats again in my lovely book I bought - it really works for me

Out of sorts today.
A close relative said last night that they were 'dissapointed not your usual positive self'
Replied that it is hard sometimes to be positive when you are in pain & not the best at moving.

I wonder if said relative were to walk in your shoes how cheerful and positive they would stay........

Folk need to do as Thumpers mum said to Thumper in Bambi ‘if you can’t say something nice - don’t say nothing at all’ - the world would be a nicer place if we all listened to that advice.

Hmph :mad: . Noticing you are not your usual self could be a good thing. Expressing disappointment not so much. Sorry to hear you're out of sorts - hope it does improve.

And thank you for the absolution . I have managed to eat just the cookies today as I ran out of the local shop before I could buy any more sweet stuff :rotfl:
