I'm sorry about your fall Beanie but it was good that there were nice people around to help. I hope your boiler settles down soon. I get very anxious about boilers and plumbing. They seem to conspire against me!

The money from the lodger will be a help even if you’d really have the house to yourself.
How are the fur babies doing?
I’m looking at our fences and wondering whether or not to tackle painting them a little bit at a time. I can keep swapping hands if it hurts my arm. I’ve got some fence slobber  from last year - if I can open the top of the can, it can be my Easter project. I’ll wait forever for dh to cut his hours and get on with it. It’s an overwhelming job so I feel for you Beanie.

The best boy is getting slower & more grumpy.
Miss J is getting slower & finding things more difficult.
    Still scoffing though :rotfl:
    Master J is fine:D

I have thought of tackling the fence but just feel it is all to much for me. :o:o
Sometimes I do find these things just so get on top of me:o:o:o
