Glad the payment is being returned. Did you do it online? Perhaps if you don’t use that card any more, the bill payment facility could be cancelled so no future mistakes could happen?

Good news re CC payment being returned, its such a sinking feeling when the realisation hits.
Hope the handing over of keys isn't too sad, once that is over maybe it will be possible to get some perspective about the charity and to see how much good was done over the years as well as the emotion around the closure. Hope you have had some other people supporting you in person with the closure?0 -
