I hope the day went well today . Am sure it was graduation day for your DS .
Was it graduation day today Beanie? If so I hope it went well.
I thought so too. Maybe went and now she is shoggled?

    Thanks all.
    Graduation was yesterday.
    All went well.
They are doing a lot of upgrading at the University so there was more walking than last year. There was a mix up with the reserved seating.
Anyway, all that apart all went well.
DS wore a kilt & looked so handsome.
It was very emotional when he first came into hall & I thought I was totally going to loose it..It is all over so quickly.
    The reception afterwards was good.
The price of the souvenirs were so out of the box than none were purchased by anyone in our group.

The family meal afterwards went well & the cake was just awesome & tasted amazing.
    A lovely lovely day.
    Very tiring.

Just to say that apart from the non buying of the souvenirs there was NO money saving at all.

  • Hi beanielou

That's OK, graduations don't come around very often.

Sorry to hear that things are tough right now. Don't know about you but the colder weather seems to affect everything. I definitely get more accident prone and generally out of sorts.

So back to self care and a bit of TLC.

I went for a walk today on the beach and in forty minutes I only saw a maximum of ten people actually walking although there were many in the restaurants. Just fresh air and water does it for me. Even before my problems, I have never understood shopping, Black Friday etc etc.

I hope it helps to know there are many people on the sidelines cheering you on - we care

Be kind to yourself, take care honey
