    Hi
Did you manage to get a copy of you super duper washed prescription and had tripling the meds helped any?

Sounds like you had a lovely birthday :T

Not sure where time has gone feels like I've not been around for months - a week with dd and 4 days back in work - back to normality with a vengeance now though.....

    Yes, got the prescription.
It is slowly helping in someways but I am just so so tired which I know is a side effect of the medication.
Hopefully this will lessen as the time goes on.
    I feel I just cant win :(:(:o:o:(:(

    Thank you both.

I have been at the physio today & she notices a difference which is good.
It is expensive but needs must.
I am going to go fortnightly for now even if it has to go on the blooming credit card as I really really need to improve on my current quality of life.
Still really struggling to move even if I have only been sitting a very short time.

Also had accapuncture tonight from my lovely GP.
He even hepled me get my fleece back on.:D

    It is getting colder here.
I am so so hoping to keep the heating off until October as I really cant afford for my DD to go up any more.

It's getting colder here too. I'm also trying not to put the heating on - my direct debit just went up, we're in credit but surprisingly not by much to say it's the summer bill which doesn't bode well for winter.

Glad the physio is helping, money well spent if it is.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
