Well a truely dire morning & day.
I woke out this morning with my back in spasm & boy was it bad.
Couldent get out of bed without horrendous pain.
Managed to crawl to the front door which took me about half an hour.
Had to get key out of the door scould get in.
Had phoned DS & he came through to help.
Could not get off the floor for about two hours.
Phone calls to chemist , doctor & ambulance service.
So this is how I will be as I get auld.
I can only move using zimmer & wheelchair.
Days like this I just feel I deserve every penny from DLA & PIP
If anyone wants to judge me for that then so be it.
MY DS & his GF have been stars. It wasent pretty or nice.
DS had to cancel a supervision with his dissertation superviser.
I feel so bad about that as things are getting tight for him timewise.

Sorry today has been pants.
Glad DS and GF could help. They won’t have minded at all.
Can you leave key out of the door in future? A hook on wall or something?
Sending big squidgy but very gentle hugs.
