    Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

    Forgot to say that yesterday was new glasses day.
    I have to admit that I am currently not too keen on the glasses I chose but I feel I can see more clearly which is most definatly a bonus :j :j :j

    It's always a bit weird having new glasses, isn't it? Definitely always takes me a little while to get used to looking at myself in the mirror. :)
