Grand National next week (or maybe the week after). Bet365 always do a bet £250 and get £125 cashback. Get in early (Thurs or Fri) and put £3 each way on every horse. You'll get £125 back, so only £125 down. You'll then definitiely get all the horses that place and there's always one that's about 50/1. Bank switches never work for us as we do not have enough income to push through the accounts....like the idea of the betting though, will have a look into that.
Beanie have you thought anymore about changing your car and getting the scooter and hoist? It would be life changing for you. DH still falls in the house but we have strategically placed furniture so that he can grab something sturdy in most areas but no falls outside now as he uses the scooter all the time. Yes, this is still an option.
Very much up in the air for various reasons.
On this occassion I was just parking car, crossing road & then going into the building right next to traffic lights so as it was such a short distance would not have used the scooter anyway as it was such a short distance away.
