Rubbish going without sleep. Do you do the no screen before bed and dark room thing. I have realised we now have several items in the bedroom with standby lights and the old digital TVs box with a clock which is quite bright..I had a short spell of not sleeping and considered getting them out of the room...but I do quite like watching tv in bed and my sleep improved so I let things be...although I know it's not recommended.

Have fun at the birthday celebrations - is it 18th?

Pleased you came to a compromise with your bag and I'm happier now I know it was one you didn't use.

Beanie it's rubbish falling - it must be really unnerving for you. Pity we're not closer we could compare notes over a cuppa

I know I'm scared of going out at the moment but got to get over it. I'm sore now nerve block has worn off but so far not as bad as I expected. I feel 'really dirty' with all the bruises about my person - I'm not - just feel that way. I can really empathise with your falling - :rotfl::rotfl: probably as well we are at different ends of the country - imagine the bill for the pot holes we'd make falling at every opportunity :rotfl::o:rotfl:
