    Best advice I saw was freeze it as ice cubes. Then you can just drop a few in a hot bowl for cereal, or one in a bit of hot water for tea.

    Baby tea and smartie eggs - things of comfort indeed
    Hope the meds are working - acupuncture worked for me when I had bad hip trouble some years back.
    Hope you've not got too much snow- we had an inch or so this morning but the traffic was horrendous with it - thankfully most has melted now :T:T
