I can only walk a very very limited distance which is really limiting me & what I can do.

That's a pity. Yoga dvd? You can lose weight without exercising but it does make it harder.

At least your goals are realistic and do-able. Good idea from Karmacat to try and fit some fun stuff in, especially if it's free :)

  • Seated yoga is good. I wonder if you could get hold of a dvd so you could do it at home for free?

Sounds like you've got yourself a plan there beanie - yoga dvd is the way to go. Would any of the good folk that go to your class join to and make it a bit of a social thing - even if it's only 1 other person....

What happened to you thinking about a mobility scooter?

Mobility scooter currently on hold for a variety of reasons.
The one I was going to originally buy I was advised against as beeing too lightweight. The more substantial ones are more expensive as they are more well more substantial & are too heavy for me to lift & the hoists are expensive.
I would have been better to take all this into account when I got the new car.
    I dident.
So there we have it :(
