    You can probably construct a log based on entries made here. Does he cause issues for any other residents? Well done you for calling him out.

    I actually told him he was a bully and he would not behave like this if my dad was alive or my son was around.

    As at 15.07.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
    - OPs to mortgage = £11,816 Interest saved £5,28 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030

    Read 41 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 9th August
    Produce tracker: £276 of £300 in 2025

    He said he wasn’t. No surprise there. 
    My wee lodger stood up to him yesterday too.

    Just lost a post about the fence painting which so far has cost over £300 quid. Wednesday will be another £50 quid to do bench & ramp. 
    I am then having a break. I need to walk round the path at the back of the house to see if I can get away with just having the long slats done and not the wee bits which are what takes the time. 
    This is the side that you can see from my side.  Any thoughts? .
