    How far away will DS be? My DS is 25 miles away which seems so near and yet so far. 
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Oh Beanie I sympathise about DS , my DS is moving home he is just waiting to exchange contracts. He is only moving a 25 min drive away but I don't like the idea,

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £216,847
    - OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 31 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 7th May. 
    Produce tracker: £108 of £400 in 2026
