I live on one of those & in some parts having the odd wall is a bonus. I am lucky in the part I am in but some are not so lucky. Unfortunately there are always some who feel they have no need to follow the rules & unfortunately they tend to be so unpleasant that others tend not to want to "out" them.3 -
