Sorry to hear of the rough patch you are going through. Have you tried camomile to help with sleep (although not recommended for people with a dicky heart!).

I agree with chamomile. I drink it when I am feeling 'edgy' and it calms me as well as helping with sleep.
Give it a go beanie, you need your sleep with all you have going on.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

My Dd swears by camomile and honey tea….drinks it from about 5 ish. Twinnings do it. Got to admit it’s never done much for me but maybe I don’t give it long enough 😜January spends - £587.583 -
