- OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

I am feeling very emotional today. In less than a week my boy will be gone to his new job. I am so very pleased for him but it’s a long way away. I will miss him. So pleased for him though that he moves onto the next chapter of his life that he has worked so hard to achieve. My DS lives over 20 miles away which doesn’t sound far in the grand scheme of things but realistically when you’re relying on them to come here it’s a different matter.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
