(If took bigger lump sum = 54.5K or 42.7%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)

- OPs to mortgage = £12,148 Interest saved £5,738 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

@KajiKita. Yes I agree, let’s not share any more stories about the “presents” brought in by our furry friends. I too have had many “presents” until I adjusted the cat flap so that the cat could only get out and had to be let in.
@beanielou.Enjoy your lunch out with friends. It’s manic round here, next door is having a new roof, the guy attached to us is noisily doing some DIY and the guy who does our garden has just arrived! So much for a peaceful retirement!4 -

Sounds like it’s been a day of outings with friends and not spending. I did the same 😁👍 but I ate my cake and didn’t save a crumb to bring home 😂😂January spends - £587.584
