    The weather today has been pretty horrendous this afternoon. Torrential rains & lots of flooding. Unbelievable. I may need a hovercraft to go tonight. Our local supermarket is closed due to the flooding. It was horrendous driving up the motorway.

    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date

  • Hi Beanie I hope you're ok. We had the heavy rain / thunder lightning and flood warning too. Thankfully didn't come floods this time ... We've not been so lucky in this town before though!
    MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. May 1st, £116, 123, June 1st, £115,536, New mortgage added for extension- £165,000 July 1st!
    Mortgage Overpayments - September-December, £152.46. J- £103.27, F- £115, M- £91.50, A- £100, M- £200, J- £200. J- £200. A-£200, S- £200.
    Total- £1562.23
    Goal pay off 1% of current mortgage in 1 year. £1650
