Whatever it was you had done you could probably learn for yourself. Reiki 1 is typically not expensive to learn / be tuned to and then you can do it for yourself, every day 😊
I am finding it interesting that work on your feet and ankles has had such a powerful effect on you - your joy is radiating out of your post. It makes me think it would be worth exploring further - after all our feet are our connection to ground 😊❤️
KKAs at 15.05.24:
- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 <gulp>, now £252,383, end date brought closer by 2 months
- OPs to mortgage = £6,480, Interest saved £2,415, to date
- LTV 51% @ccord, 51% Yopa
Fixed rate 2.17% ends October 2024
Read 20 books of target 52 in 2024 (as @ 27th May)
Produce tracker: £34.02 of £300

If you can reach them reasonably easily, you could massage the kidney points on your feet each day. That will help the energy flow through your feet and lower limbs - its a Chinese medicine energy centre that’s one of the easier ones to work with.To find it, feel around the fleshy bit of your foot behind your toes. In the centre-ish of that, you will find a dip. That’s the kidney point. Ideally press it with the point of your thumb but if it’s too sensitive or sore, then massage it with the fleshy part of your thumb pad.KKAs at 15.05.24:
