Also would eat the pasta, assuming it looks and smells ok and has been stored well. Best Before isn't as critical as Use By. And your pasta is younger than some of the spices I found last time I rearranged them!

Yes to the pasta - Best before = it might change appearance or taste a bit, but nothing in it will kill you. Use by = it will change appearance and/or taste and be cautious as something in it might kill you...
That was how it was described to me years ago anyway and I'm still here to tell the tale!
