Sadly not the best start to the month. Out for a coffee at my favourite cafe today after chair pilates & had a rather spectangular fall. Luckily it was quiet & they know me there. My friend managed to get my leg to near where it needed to be to be able to help me up. Right on my blooming hip. Bah. Now very shoogled & feeling a tad sorry for myself. Two sticks as well.

In money news the biggest DD's are out & I bought my DM's token birthday present in said cafe earlier.
