    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £216,847
    - OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 31 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 7th May. 
    Produce tracker: £108 of £400 in 2026

    Shocking part of story.
    They were allocated a blue light ambulance but were advised because it was extremely busy it could well take a few hours for ambulance to arrive  :(
    Alternative arrangements were made(by family) which very well may have saved their life  :(
