Meal can't be rearranged.
The wider family go home at end of this week. 
If I still feel like I do now, I won't be too bothered.

I take it I cant go back to the Dr til these antibiotics are finished

I’d be tempted to ring and speak to someone at the surgery if the meds aren’t making any difference after a few days in. Or speak to the pharmacist and ask how quickly meds should be kicking in.
Hope you begin to pick up sooner than soon 🤞🤞

I would do what @milann says and call the surgery.  There are other antibiotics.  Don't sit and suffer if they're not helping and don't be worrying about bothering the surgery.

I have used 'Ask my GP' to relate my woes.

I now have a second lot of antibiotics inn my hot sticky hand.
Have started to itch!!
