I also lost 1lb …..weighing at home but still 2lb over my start weight as I’ve put 4 on whilst away over the celebrations 😳 I haven’t made it to group for a couple of weeks and can’t make it until the end of July as we seem to tied up most weekends. Wish my lady did a group earlier in the week. I wasn’t keen on the one I went to on a Monday and I’m not paying for a group I don’t like. I’m doing what I can myself 🤞and might go back for the social side when I’m closer to target…..then I can go free as a target member. I do like the people there .

Another fall today. Banged my head again.Bah.
Physio is increasingly concerned about the increasing falls at the moment.
She tried a different type of session today which was a tad painful but seemed to work well.

I have a tough iphone cover.
Think it's called a supacase.
So the bit on the back of phone is fine.
The front screen protecter part is very badly scratched.
Do any of you helpful people know if I could buy another screen protecter that would work with the supacase.
