I commiserate with the increasing falls and fatigue all consequences of our condition …it’s a pain in the bum ( often actual as well as figuratively ) and nothing that can be done sadly as our body changes…as you know I now use a power wheelchair outside - sitting is the only preventative measure. But that’s still not easy to use physically when cars are involved etc. 

Please be kind to yourself and know that in many peoples eyes you are loved. 

I whisper admired, inspired as we hate those words don’t we as would just like to be CP free and ordinary…. Even so your story helps me to feel I am not alone x

Ps it seems they will not allow a certain word which was Scope’s original name. A medical term for us in the 60s/70s !

A good day today.
My appointment for reloved jewellery was today.
Hughly excited by this & how it will work out.
Will keep you posted 

Meeting with the venue to tie up everything for the forthcoming birthday bash.
It's coming nearer!

In not so good news I had a bit of a fall in the bathroom the other night.
I was a bit bashed up & unfortunatly I have broken the shiny new toilet seat. Bah.

Not a clue about the tights, but loving the idea of the jewellery!  The fall and the toilet seat, though ... horrible.  And it actually sounds really dangerous in a bathroom, hope you're okay.
