    Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Progress not perfection.:T100%through my 1% mortgage challenge. 100% through my pb challenge.

    Had a shoulder massage which was great.
    Bottom of back/ hip still so painful I feel sick.
    Anyway only thing I really really need to do is wash kitchen floor.

    So cold here I have a sweatshirt on

    Can anyone please help by any chance?
    I need a frame for a print which is 50cm by 50cm which I don't think is s standard size. Any ideas? Thanks

    50 x 50 frame

    Sorry to hear you're still feeling rotten Beanie.

    Re the frame, could you perhaps buy a slightly too big standard size one and cut some card to fit and then put your print on top, so it looks like it's got an edge round it. Sorry if that's a rubbish description but do you get the general idea? I've done this before in the past and it's looked quite effective.

    Awful news about Jo Cox - so scary that random lunatics are wandering about with weapons.
