I am determined to get to goal weight for my holiday in 8 weeks which means losing about 8-10lbs. Time to stop messing about now and get back to not paying for WW meetings. We can do this :)
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪

Beanie if you want a half stone off buddy I will do it! End of May is achievable. I am cutting down on carbs this week in an attempt to kick start.

I remember the weight loss thread that I managed on DFW, wonder if it would be worth resurrecting?

    Great idea L :j

I need to do something too, and the end of May is exactly my deadline, for that wedding near North Berwick. I need to be more comfortable around the waist in that new dress I bought ... cutting down the carbs will do very nicely :)
