Appears to me most small to medium size business are hoping this blows over till the middle of the year when the limitation for bringing a claim will come in.

in 2 minds myself whether to bring a claim with my current employer, I would like to think the company would put a notice up giving their opinion on the matter.

Hi people, can anyone tell me if your working 72 hours over 6 days what's the maximum holidays you can recieve in a year?

The maximum is as the employer wants to give you.

The minimum is 5.6 weeks capped at 28days
