CSA recalculations of earnings

Hi can anyone advise how often the CSA can recalculate my earnings with regards my payments to my ex wife?

    It all depends what system your case is on. How long has your case been open for? If it's on the new system, CMS 2012, then your income will be reassessed every year. If it is on one of the older systems then they will look at your circumstances whenever you or your ex-wife request a reassessment.
