MSE's Big Winter Switch

I think I just signed up to switch to E.ON. I filled in all the details and clicked on the button at the very end. Within a couple of seconds Firefox put up an error message and said it had to restart. When it did this I got the original MSE's Big Winter Switch page. I am reluctant to sign up twice incase I get billed twice. How can I check if my application went through? I have not had any emails so far.

    Sorry for the late reply headhoncho1. Just spotted your post.

    Applications through the Cheap Energy Club can take up to 4 days to reach us. You'll receive a confirmation email when the application has come through and the status on Cheap Energy Club will show as 'switch in progress.'

    If you're still unsure, you'll need to talk to MSE at this stage. We're not allowed any involvement during the initial sale. It's after this that we'll take over customer service issues.

    Sorry again if I'm shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted headhoncho.
