Non Standard build mortgage

Hi I need help to find a good 5 year fixed low cost remortgage. I am currently not tied into a mortgage and can leave who I am currently with without any cost. My home is steel framed concrete slabs, it also has partial bricks. We have spent a fortune on our home updating it with everything new, from windows to wood flooring. I hope I can get help
