“Selfie” Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering their details, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility Rules for the Prize Draw

This ‘Selfie’ prize draw is open to all persons resident in the UK aged 18 and over at the date of their entry.
Employees or contractors of Debenhams Retail Plc or Debenhams Retail (Ireland) Limited, and their immediate family, operators of its brands and concessions, or anyone directly connected with the organisation will not be eligible to enter the prize draw.
Entry and Entry Methods

Entrants must follow the instructions on https://www.foundit.co.uk/selfie, including by entering their details, selecting a location and uploading their ’Selfie’.
‘Selfie’ means a self-portrait photograph that the entrant has taken of themselves, typically taken with a smartphone or camera and shared via social media.
No purchase is necessary to enter the ‘Selfie’ prize draw.
A limit of one entry per customer will be accepted. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and to require them to return any prize they may have won.
No bulk, third party or automated entries will be accepted.
No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, defaced, illegible, lost or delayed or are unable to be submitted due to any technical or other reason. Proof of sending of any entry will not be proof of our receipt of that entry.

The prize draw is a weekly draw whereby one winner will be chosen each week. Only those entrants who have entered in that particular week will be eligible for that week’s prize draw.
Prizes

Winners are picked at random by an automated system from the pool of entrants who uploaded their photograph, once a week through the competition being open. The decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
The competition is run from Sunday to Saturday each week, with a winner picked on the Monday. The winner will be notified by email by the Wednesday and announced on Debenhams Social channels on the Wednesday.
The weekly prize consists of Debenhams gift card to the value of £1,000 to be spent either in Debenhams stores, on debenhams.com or debenhams.ie
All prizes are non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. No cash alternative is available for any prize.
Debenhams Retail Plc reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize if the prize is unavailable or in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
A list of the winners names can be obtained by sending an SAE to; WINNERS, name of ‘Selfie’ prize draw, C/O Advertising, Debenhams, 1st Floor, 10 Brock Street Regents Place, London, NW1 3FG.
The winning prizes will be dispatched directly by Debenhams and therefore the winners details will be shared with Debenhams’ couriers for dispatch purposes only and will not be kept for any further marketing purposes.
Debenhams Retail Plc will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post for reasons beyond their control.
Prizes will only be delivered to an address within the UK (or elsewhere if the prize draw is open to entrants residing outside of the UK).
Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Debenhams Privacy Policy which is located on https://www.debenhams.com and https://www.debenhams.ie. The prize must be claimed after 2 weeks of being contacted by Debenhams, if the prize is not claimed within two weeks Debenhams will pick another winner at random.
By entering the prize draw the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Debenhams Retail Plc may require.
By entering the competition, you understand that Debenhams Retail Plc may reproduce the images you upload/send to https://www.foundit.co.uk/selfie in connection with the competition for marketing purposes (in print and online) and the purpose of being used through our social media channels (including, but not limited to, Facebook and Twitter) and on our blog.
By entering the competition, you agree and acknowledge that:
all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, moral rights, design rights and data base rights in all materials including but not limited to photographs vest in Debenhams Retail plc absolutely; and
all your intellectual property rights are waived; and
you undertake to take any actions and sign any necessary documents to formalise this assignment as Debenhams Retail plc may require.
