Friday :j the week from hell is almost over. I've had the most shocking week. I feel almost like I am being bullied by management but if I go to upper management I'll just get flim-flam from them so I'm kinda stuck with itI've made the decision to look for another job, it's not right that I should have to put up with it
I can so sympathise with Logie. We work in the nhs because we care and all our resources are being stripped from us bit by bit   there is no funding for additional frontline staff but there's plenty of money to be found to create more managers posts
And to start my morning off, Mr Baby Fishie is no more
So sorry about fishy
As for your job, I agree it is difficult to get around bullying. I was being bullied by my manager because I refused to work just because he said I should (local branch of chain store), I needed my weekends and he kept just putting me down for Saturdays and Sundays because he felt like it. Went to top management and asked them to tell me when they had spoken to him (planned to go off sick while he cooled down) but they didn't and I got it full in the face. Had management round the table, he agreed to stop doing it, got back off holiday, went in with resignation in hand, he had put me down for the weekend immediately after I got home so resignation went on desk (he wasn't in), apparently when he saw it the air turned blue and he swore he would not let me resign. He had no choice.I then told management exactly why I resigned, including him dipping into the till (I suspected him and the deputy).

Ah its ok I was wanting the meal anyway. End of week nice to just have nice dinner no faffing about and chill out. And its only time I treat us to glass bottle coke. Im not a fan or the cans or bottles.

or do i have to buy something specific?
I think you have to be registered for their delivery saver to get this one to work? Also, you can only use one XX at a time, so if you are using a £15 off £60 then you wont be able to use the finest one on the same order.0 -
