Thank you was only half pound but its a loss

Seem to be losing inches though I can tell with my clothes

Apparently if there's no blood vessel damage it can grow back. Nice clean water helps ... Poor lickle fishie.

We've just bought the monkeys a pet fish each...fed up of them asking for a dog. :rotfl: not much difference I'd there???

It's very rare to get good weight loss and inch loss at the same time. You'll get one, or the other. But both are equally good amd you should give yourself a big fat pat on the back :T

Does anyone here do the Givaudan surveys? I think LEJC does but I could be mistaken. I've done quite a few recently with no vouchers, I'm not sure whether I'm supposed to do a certain amount before I get anything, or whether vouchers are only sent after trialling a product, but I've had one voucher before now and nothing since.
