    Evening all!

What about Tim Berners-Lee? He invented the world-wide-web and yet hardly anyone seems to know about him (or at least, they didn't before he was on the Olympic Games opening ceremony) because he gave it to the world and didn't make millions of pounds out of it like he could have done.

On tenterhooks for my cheese shop this evening, crossing all fingers and toes! I've never done an online shop before. Thanks also to the OP of the £5 finest code, it's now on my account as I got the delivery saver with a half price voucher and CC boost. I'm guessing there's no way other than making a new account for me to be able to use the cheese codes again and still get free delivery to my parents?

got my cheese shops this morning so thank you for the heads up, also used a couple of pizza vouchers, yazoo smoothies and danio yogs, so a good few bits to keep the kids happy, perfect timing for the cheese as they all now want to use up the crackers from one of the other promos!!

Off to puppy classes again with Harley tonight, needing some more tips.

He is playing up when I take him on a walk at the minute, if I let him off in a field, throwing his ball, he will fetch it and bring it back, but somedays after 10 minutes of playing or even half hour of playing, he goes on a mental thing, running riot, he will not come anywhere near me to put the lead on, doesnt matter, what nice treats I have in my pocket, ignores the whistle, if I go near him, he just runs, thinks its a game. I spent an hour and half in the field this afternoon, I had to trap him in the kids playpark as less space for him to run round, to try to contain him. A friend in the end had to come with her dog, so I could get him, the little devil. He is very intelligent, and knows exactly when I am going to put him on the lead, and if he is not ready, he is not ready. Anybody got any tips, or recomendations

I've 2 on my C/C soon, will check to see if compares anywhere for APG shops :)

    2k1zq0.jpg

Order collected, 2 nice pieces of beef, paid £5.40 each.

    N/A v T/S/W, comparing against £7.99kg at Morries.

Luckily mine compared at the full Asda price of £7.50kg, BUT I think that is because the offer only went on MSM this afternoon. It will prob compare £3.97kg V £7.99kg tomorrow, so I wouldn't put it in an A v M shop tomorrow.

Well I am Grrrrr!!!! And will get people scratching their heads a bit more.

The XX I used today was valid 17/11 til 30/11 so my GR doesn't start until 1/12 so I will never know. Bet the HH will be an XX which I won't be able to use with my finest XX.

    That's not correct, is it?

I thought I used a GG today but in fact used a XX by mistake. GR stopped working since end of Sept but I've redeemed myself by getting some cheese with GRs today. I've also renewed my AA today. Just hope the CC points come through otherwise it's an email to CS again. To top it off, I can't login to CS.

Blimey TS you got all the best samples! We were driving so limited ourselves to the food/non-alcoholic sampling. And we did not get there in time for Gino as we had a wander down the river first. Glad you enjoyed yourself!

I raised a glass to Mad when I got home. (Can't believe it's a year already).

Having a proper catch up from the past few days now. So hugs to those in need, congrats to those having been promoted/new jobs and hoping all those under the weather are feeling better.

I'm off to check out something cheesy? :)

    Good afternoon all!

    :o:o:o

You should have seen us trying to get on the tube back to Clapham later.

I had three Regina rolls that are huge and 3 lots of the yazoo smoothies in my rucksack, almost knocking people out on the train with it. :o

And a huge shopping bag that me and DD3 had to carry between us although I had to get on the tube with it alone as she was worried the door would shut on her which it did on me. :rotfl:
