I used my £5 direct code last night with no problems. Not that that helps you though. Do you have different T's accounts? Are you using the email that you used to buy the autumn thing?

I haven't tried the direct code yet. Im waiting until I've got time to sit down and see what other codes are around, as I have a large purchase to make. And I already have delivery saver so Didnt need the code. Sorry can't help. Very frustrating getting cut off though.

I've found the CS on their FB page very helpful in the past. Might be worth a try if you have no luck on the phone.

Yes and yes. They have sorted it now by me paying then them refunding me the £5.

Guy on phone says oh its too late to add your code. He's away trying to figure it out.

Usual no one knows about it.

I dont know how much I would use the delivery but with him saying no I'm decked off. Pedantic or what !

Yes but was 25 short. They say they can now only give it to me in loyalty points in February. I'm leaving them though to go to coop so not sure whether will ever get it.

I did say to her rather haughtily what if I was no longer a customer ? She said they would send them anyway.

Not sure I believe that though. Its a battle for another day x

Good afternoon Elite


I'm hoping that one of you cat owners can help me out with a problem that ds3 is having with his cat.


He (ds) has let one of his friends rent a room from him and he has brought his cat with him.


Problem is they are having trouble getting the cats to settle and become friends. Resident cat lurks in the shadows and strikes out as soon as guest cat appears.


Guest cat has been kept upstairs for the first couple of weeks and although the eldest is half the size of resident cat.


I feel awful as I thought that after a couple of weeks things would have settled down and had told ds3 that would be the case.


Any help how we can try to get these two boys living in peace would be appreciated.
