Best get a shifty on and sort myself out as my dear friend is popping round for lunch as she starts her Radiotherapy tomorrow for 3weeks and I know she is feeling very anxious. Nannylala always makes her laugh and I always try and keep upbeat about a situation

Vile day yesterday resulting in me being told off for something quite serious, I hadn't done it & could prove I hadn't
Fortunately they believed me & not the stirrer
Nearly walked out but gritted my teeth - my mind overnight has been festering revenge
I have two choices - confront them or ignore them
