Just bumping this because no one has answered me and I feel all neglected/dejected/unloved :(

Woe is me, I'll never get over it and will never post on here again because you're all so cliquey :p:p:p

But seriously, I still haven't had my points appear

I haven't done it with wombles but I have had missing more points added at c/s and they show up almost immediately.

Really mad with sun+, I had a membership in feb but cancelled it. Yesterday I joined again. I have been charged £41 for the time I wasnt a member!!!! Got in touch with them and they said we took advantage of the fact to get the money due to us from last time. How can I owe them anything when I cancelled? It seems totally wrong that they send an email confirming the payment of £7.99 and the arrangement to collect on the 15th of each month until I cancel but take an unauthorised £41 extra.

I have had 2 operations on my nose so suppose could be that, just get used to living with it;)

Thats interesting - I was told many years ago that there was something wrong with my septum (?) and I needed an operation. The consultant said it was a wonder I could breathe at all! I was in my early late 30's at the time and about to start a new job and, as I could breathe perfectly well, I delayed the op as I didn't want to go sick as soon as I started work. I never go around to it and, as I am still here, I can't see what the fuss was about. But, I am now thinking that maybe thats what causes the sneezing.

I can confirm that they do go on almost straight away. looking at my account just now it says I had 2810 more points added an hour ago and I have a £5 voucher to collect :T

These were match points rather than more points, not sure if this matters.

only 4190 until the next one

Have you been able to log onto your cancelled account since then? I can log in but I can see the start and cancelled date but that's all, no access.

It might be worth contacting your bank and speaking to someone about this, they can put a block on any requests for payments from them and also they can reverse the payment that has been taken if you tell them it was not an authorised payment.

I had to do this earlier in the year which is why I have been dithering about re joining - this re accuring payment thing I thought only applies to credit cards but the bank said it was also for debit cards.
