I manage Unbelievably I can work so clearly when I get up at that time. I know it's not normal or good for me but it's a distraction that has worked in my favour this week

Just watched the children in need round up.....I have to. so many sad stories. My daughter was on earlier but I think it may only have been in local North West news programme? She was in the North West Childrens choir for anyone that saw. At the back in the deaf choir * so proud* She is staying with a friend tonight but she has texted and had an amazing night. Happy
