Sorry to hear that but sometimes they need to get in your system and settle bit, give it a few more days xx
We are suffering:rotfl: i now have a bad foot again and he has mouth ulcers:eek: but apart from that fine:rotfl::rotfl:
Give yourself some time with the tablets, it can be hard at first if they give you side effects but do try to keep going with them as it will settle after a couple of weeks and If it doesn't there are always others you can try. Try and be kind to yourself as well and take care :A

Thankyou both. Sorry to here about yours and oh problems bubbs. Hope your both soon feeling better. I know what your saying about the tablets but it feels like they are causing me physical illness on top of the mental health stuff. Don't think I can take another, I do have to do a lot of driving and this will effect me. Not sure what the answer is tbh :) xx

Keep meaning to tell people about the Lidl noodles. 18p a pack and weight is 108g which is much bigger and cheaper than supermarkets own brand. Better than super noodles imo and several different flavours. Hth

  • It's taken almost two hours to get home

While waiting for the bus, I had a Black Forest hot choc from Costa, got preached at by an ex smoker, who with her banging on about smoking made me want one, so I rolled one and walked away from the bus shelter. She then walked PAST me, glaring at me the whole time

Shame there wasn't an instore boots glitch, I could have gone and filled my boots with that instead :rotfl:

    was it nice?
I have heard mixed reviews about this, but really want to try one for myself....

just out of interest, did you know they contain a massive 546 calories and a whopping 26g of fat and 60g sugar each:eek:

Is there any way you could mark any of the lobsters they get just before this, it would be absolutely hilarious if you could see that it was one that the boys caught :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Paddy "no eyes" as he is now known!
    IMG_0622_zpsad05c019.jpg

This was taken about 10 days after his final operation.

The other dogs are great with him and do try to help him find his way around.:T

Aww, he's gorgeous. What a cutie.

Sorry to hear Paddy had to have both eyes removed, was it glaucoma by any chance?

My mum & dad's old dog had to have both of his eyes removed though his were removed a few years apart. I have to say he coped amazingly well despite being an old boy. As you know dogs rely on their senses of smell & hearing much more than us so they usually cope really well.

My dad was a bit freaked out at the thought of their dog having no eyes, but it really was the kindest thing as he was in terrible pain with his (useless) blind eyes and was on really strong painkillers. Once the last eye was removed he went back to playing with his teddies and was like a pup again. :D

I expect you will get stopped a million times everytime you walk your Paddy with people crying and saying "oh poor baby" etc. I got this when I looked after my mum & dad's dog but actually he was a fit, active, cheeky old dog... just that he couldn't see! He really realy didnt warrant the pity and I used to tell people please don't feel sorry for him, he is not in pain and please watch out before he steals the food from your grocery bags that you have just put down lol! :rotfl:

Lots of useful tips to help blind dogs adjust on the Blind Dog Rescue Uk page if you haven;t already seen them?

Hiya bubbs. Bit out of sorts today :( thanks for asking
Started some tablets and they are not agreeing with me. I'm really not a tablet person and have battled for 26 years without. But doctor and my friend thought I should try as I've not got much better with counseling alone.
How's you and hubby :) xx

Hugs cjj. xxx I'm not a tablet person either. I get people's jaw's dropping if I even take a single asprin. I just don't do well with aneasthetics, and tablets generally so dread any dealings with Drs or hospital.
Hope you feel better soon xxx
