Dear FC - thanks for your input regarding neighbour - I agree she doesn't seem to want to go as all her family are here.

She has told everyone she is going to a safe house as if it is a holiday.

She also is being selective on where she wants to go

He manages to swing her around to being his slave very easily.

Local police can provide CCTV in some circumstances (think crime prevention team or victim support?) - we had family who kept getting their car attacked alongside other trouble from a neighbour (banging on doors and windows late at night etc) and the police let them have a CCTV camera that worked with a normal VCR (a while ago now, technology has hopefully moved on!).

A few months ago, I saw this huge contraption at my mum's house. I asked what it was...she said it was a Betamax?!
