Im very touched reading your story :A and you have an amazing attitude to what happened to you. I am sure you are so right though about a lot of people not being quite who they think they are.

Thanks FC - but my attitude is nothing compared to yours! My background story is an absolute doddle compared to whats happened to you and your family.

I guess we all have to get on with what life throws at us but my background has only ever been an issue when one of my grandchildren was ill and they wanted some medical history - fortunately it wasn't serious and was easily done without. Other than that, the optician insists on asking if anyone in my family had glaucoma every time I have an eye test - he needs an eye test himself cos its CLEARLY written on my record card !

I was a wee bit miffed that a load of relatives on my Mothers side all knew about my birth and had managed to keep quiet - I'm inclined to think that over the years everyone sort of thought of me and the lost baby as one and the same (we wereborn just a couple of months apart) It didn't upset me, just annoyed me that I'd been kept in the dark - I'm a nosy moo/control freak at the best of times.

In Blackpool and have asked 3 people that I am looking for BJ on the beach can anyone help. 2 women ran off and I am still trying to shake the man off

I rather put my foot in it when we were in Cyprus this month - they had loads of cocktails on off (AI) and I had just started working down the list when the dear old guy sitting next to me in the bar asked what I was drinking. Later that evening he told me he'd tried one and liked it and, as we were chatting I asked him if he'd tried Sex on the Beach yet. He shot of fairly smartly but the next evening he told me he'd only just found out that I was taking about another cocktail ! None of our tour group could stop laughing.

Coke life is not showing on any multi on msm but is on a .com
so if i buy 4 coke lifes and 2 normal will it see all 6 at £1.85 each and compare at 2 for £1.85 @ waitrose or will it show the multi from .com
if it compares as on msm it would be £11.10 (really paying £6) against £5.55 at w/ so free
    Sorry i mean on H/D C/C
I'm sure the coke lifes were labelled up as in the offer when I was instore earlier so in principle this should work beautifully.

Although there is no need to do a HD or CC, just go into your local, it should work instore too.:D

Potentially spend £6 for an apg of £6.11.:)

Oh no, why didn't you buy it?!:(

It was marked at £3.66 in my Ts, so 1p over the threshold...took 4 to the till et voila!

Hope the remainder of your journey goes quickly - are you coming down the M40? Get the driver to stop at Bicester ;)

Honestly wouldn't have managed to carry it back with the change. I couldn't remember what minimum price was and thought they may have reduced it to that!

Magical mystery tour Mildred no idea what way but at bham airport now.

Thanks to those replied about corsa think David's idea for scrapyard good if easy to fit, she will have to. !!!

Signing off til get home didn't bring charger didn't know sockets on coaches. :-(
  • I can try the cokes on my collection at 5/ and will try a instore one too
