Right it's bed for me, just coming on to say Goodnight, must have tired myself out over the weekend, did an artha and fell asleep on the sofa. Not long woken up. :o

Looks like I am in for a drive in bad weather tomorrow. :( Don't expect I will get chance to pop in in the morning. So take care Elite. :A

Well there is a space I am hoping will be big enough for the four bikes, wheeled Mr TS's in and have got the length right, just not sure about the width.

The other three OH's uncle will bring round with his bike carrier later in the week. Will have to keep my fingers crossed not sure what else I can move. :o

You need some wall mounted bike holders to put up on the walls so you can free up floor space.

Thanks again for this Mrs Talkalotlady..:p

I look forward to your weekend summaries, a lot of the time they are a great reminder about some of the things I wanted to look for but had completely forgotten about.:T

Thankfully, however, you still have a long way to go to catch Savvy..;)

Hi again everyone - I'm just catching up (from days ago!). Not sure whether to thank this post or not, so I'll leave it there:D.

Result from this mornings CC without fillers.

6 x Dove Body Wash - Deeply Nourishing (250ml) £15.30 £6.84 OOS but SEL was £1 when I last checked
    1 x Haribo Share the Fun Tub (720g) £4.00 £3.50
    1 x Nestle Quality Street Tin (780g) £4.00 £3.50
    1 x Cadbury Heroes Tub (760g) £4.00 £3.50
    1 x Cadbury Roses (753g) £4.00 £3.50

Morribob's 2 for £7 ends today according to msm.

Doesn't matter. "Today" meant Sunday 8th November, when this was posted. Will last on APG though until probably some time this morning (Tuesday) - usually mid-morning it updates:(, but, by now, I wouldn't personally risk it. I'd do shopping vs M offers that expire on Sundays (as most M offers expire on Sundays) up until and including Monday night and check ASAP.

    shop from this morning
    [...]

I am convinced that !!!!!! sells these, in fact I did check as I was in !!!!!! before I went to Asda so I don't know why they came back as NA

    [...]

    1 x ASDA Smartprice Garlic Baguette (170g) £0.34 £0.32
    1 x ASDA Maris Piper Potatoes (2.5Kg) £1.98 £2.00
    1 x Original Source Shower Gel - Lime (250ml) £2.20 £1.10
    2 x Jacob's High Fibre Cream Crackers (200g) £2.00 £1.50
1 x Robinsons Fruit & Barley, Orange Squash with No Ad... £1.69 £1.00
    1 x Hovis Medium Sliced Soft White Bread (800g) £1.00 £1.00
    1 x McCain Home Chips Crinkle Cut (900g) £1.75 £1.75
    1 x Shloer Sparkling Rose Grape Juice Drink (750ml) £1.50 £1.12
    1 x Shloer White Grape & Elderflower Sparkling Juice D... £1.50 £1.12
    2 x Simply Great CranGreat Cranberry Juice Drink (1L) £2.40 N/A

Maybe not on t.com (and therefore will not get any T price through to msm and then to the APG).

There may be many(?) items sold in a T store but not on t.com - if that is so, they will not compare on the APG. This is not like the M collections so - unlike M (where, even there, it doesn't always work) - you can't simply go into a T, see an item and its price and then go to A to buy it as an APG shop (vs T) there. Needs to be on msm.co.uk. Therefore, always do comparisons on A vs T, S (or W, not Northern Ireland) using msm.co.uk/msl - do not rely on anything you may have seen instore at T/S/W (at least that you do not know is on msm and do not know what msm has for the price at the rival). HTH.

First things first, a womble... Not actually a womble as stolen from OH parents but also managed to claim £1.00 Shopitize on the Milk. (OH Shopitize was rewarding £1.00 for this, me just £0.25) but we don't drink milk so would have never got the CB otherwise.

Sadly OH mum and dad didn't do the best of APG shops...

A vs W of all places...

    2 x ASDA British Semi Skimmed Milk 4 Pints (2.27L) £2.00 £2.00
    1 x ASDA Chosen by You Cream Slices (2) £1.09 N/A
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Stuffing Mix Sausage Meat (140g... £0.63 N/A
    1 x Starburst Fruity Chews (45g) £0.60 £0.60
    1 x ASDA Sliced Tiger Chest Bread (400g) £0.70 N/A
    1 x ASDA Big Eat Scotch Rolls (6) £1.00 N/A
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Rich Fruit Mince Pies (6) £0.89 £1.00
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Chocolate Flapjack Mini Bites (... £2.00 N/A
    1 x Nestle Milkybar Giant Chocolate Buttons Pouch (126... £1.00 £1.00
    2 x Martini Asti Spumante (750ml) £12.00 N/A

But the best is yet to come...

That's a womble in my book! Sadly the ones I've tried from one of my relatives have never given anything. They just do not buy enough - yet are at A nearly every other day (probably because they fail to buy enough:() doubtless pumping all the money back in and more than I take away. They even managed once to buy an item that was £18:eek: in A but £10 at a rival. I explained to them that, had they simply bought seven different 10p sweets/loose veg. and just paid an extra 70p, they would have got far more back than that extra payment. They agreed that they are overpaying:wall:.

Didn't work. I went back the next time and found a receipt for a load of single Heinz soups, at the time when - even though I would never have bought them - they were nonetheless also at 50p in T. They bought seven different ones and nowt else:wall::wall:, thus losing 5p on each one. They'd even bought duplicates of some of those - how simple would it have been to replace one of them by a different flavour?!?:wall::(

"Top-up" shops are useless - and the stores know it and set the number of items doubtless the way they do. They probably know that many people buy fewer than 8 different items (I say "probably" as I have no information as to how many items are on shops overall). Also useless are weekly shops - people mix in items cheaper and more expensive at different stores. In other words, the way the vast majority of people shop! Need to break down your weekly shop into baskets of 8+ items each targetting a competitor. It's then alright to do 'top-ups', and indeed to shop more often as a result of not doing a single, expensive weekly shop, as each of 8 items or just over and using glitches.

    That's a shame. I got 2 £5 off £40 yesterday. Guess it must've been the last day :( x

That seems very :naughty: of them though, running an ad right up till the night before (when no-one realistically responding to their call to action the next morning could take advantage of the offer it was advertising). Of course they'll have made extra money from this (including this shop where £40 was, unnecessarily in my view, spent:() and no sanction at all from the advertising standards - even if it was ever in breach - as doubtless the ad will have finished its run by the time of any investigation and no plans to repeat it. Fwiw, maybe the ad of the 'last night' ought to be referred to the ASA - with absolutely no financial recompense for anyone though and, at best, just a slap on the wrist that amounts to little at the end.

Edit: Just checked MSM and they are showing as 3 for 2 so wonder if that is the reason.

Doubtless it is! I always blame Mr T (increasing their prices:mad:/changing their offers:() whenever one of my APG shops fails.
