Our Price Promise Terms and Conditions include the following;
A Price Promise can be applied at the time of purchase or up to 14 days after the date of sale
Price Promise includes Competitors sale or special discount prices
The product should be generally available locally (within a 10 mile radius)
Branded products should be identical, in stock and in equivalent condition
The price should be verified by means such as advertising, quotation or verbally from the Competitor
We will Price Promise between B&Q own branded products and comparable Competitors own branded labelled products
The product must be available to the general public.
We do not Price Promise against:
Retail, Wholesale or Warehouse Clubs requiring membership
Internet or mail order companies
Trade-Point and companies within the Kingfisher Group e.g. Screwfix.
Price Promise does not apply to Services e.g. Installation, Delivery Charges and Chargeable Cutting Service.
Staff Discount Card holders (including Group discount) can have a Price Promise or use their 20% Discount Card, not both.
N.B. TradePoint does not operate a price match policy with our competitors. (Trade-point prices are lower or level with B&Q).
That's a shame, but surely it is not unusual to have people wanting to insulate their whole roof? Do you mean you want the insulation delivering? Is it worth asking if they will specifically allow their price promise on that? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
A teeny tiny shop from me tonight - a whole £1 spent.
I bought a loaf of bread and some of that Birdseye pasta. Total cost £2.
Used my coupon from the cash machine so free pasta. Total spent £1.
Uploaded my receipt so should get £1 from COS and 20p from MSL. Paid to buy the bread, really0 -

Some of those are hilarious - the one about Kate Middleton "even rewearing outfits"I would blooming well hope so given how much some of the things she wears cost :rotfl: (She does generally look very nice but it really gets my goat when people call her thrifty when at the very least she's in stuff from Whistles!)
